Ferdinand Gottschalk (28 February 1858 – 10 November 1944) was an English theatre and film actor born in London, England, who built a career spanning stage and screen across several decades. He made his first stage appearance in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 1887 and went on to establish a sustained presence in the theatre, including prominent work on the New York stage.

Gottschalk's Broadway career extended from 1894 to 1935, encompassing a wide range of productions. Among his credits were The Duke of Killicrankie, the musical Glittering Gloria, Antony and Cleopatra, Madame Sand, and The Lady Cristilinda. In 1901, he took on the role of Johnny Trotter in the original production of Clyde Fitch's The Climbers at the Bijou Theatre.

In addition to his stage work, Gottschalk pursued a film career, appearing in 76 films between 1917 and 1938. He died in London, England on 10 November 1944.
