Ellis Baker (1898–1984) was an American stage actress whose Broadway career spanned from 1923 to 1946. Born in Muskegon, Michigan, she was the daughter of playwright Edith Ellis, whose theatrical works enjoyed popularity in both the United States and London during the early twentieth century.

Baker made her Broadway debut in 1923 with Brook, launching a career that would include several notable stage productions over the following decades. Her subsequent credits included The Arab in 1927 and These Few Ashes in 1928, followed by a role in Lady Windermere's Fan in 1932. She also appeared in I Like It Here, among other productions during her time on Broadway.

Beyond her stage work, Baker was married to actor Fredric March, known for his work in both theatre and film, from 1924 until 1927.
