Eileen Marian Adams Erskine (15 August 1914 – 8 November 1995) was an English actress born in Nottingham whose work spanned film, theatre, and television across several decades.
Erskine's screen career was concentrated primarily in the 1940s, during which she appeared in two notable British productions. In 1944 she had a role in This Happy Breed, followed two years later by a part in the 1946 adaptation of Great Expectations.
Her stage work began earlier, with a credit in the original West End production of J. B. Priestley's Time and the Conways in 1937. She subsequently brought her theatre career to New York, appearing on Broadway in Faithfully Yours in 1951.
Erskine's television work included a role in the BBC production The Pallisers in 1974. Following her death on 8 November 1995, her autobiography, Scenes from a Life, was published posthumously.
