Edwin Mordant (December 22, 1868 – February 16, 1942) was an American actor whose career spanned both stage and film. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he built a professional presence across multiple decades, with his Broadway work running from 1901 through 1927.

Mordant's stage career began with The Fatal Wedding in 1901. Over the following decades he appeared in a range of Broadway productions, including Business Before Pleasure, His Honor: Abe Potash, Partners Again, The Carolinian, and The King Can Do No Wrong. His Broadway activity continued into the late 1920s.

Alongside his theater work, Mordant pursued a film career beginning in the mid-1910s. His screen credits include The Seven Sisters (1915), in which he played Baron Rodviany, as well as A Royal Family (1915) and The Prince and the Pauper (1915). In 1916 he appeared in Poor Little Peppina as Robert Torrens and in Molly Make-Believe as Mr. Wendell. The following year he took the role of The King in The Undying Flame (1917). He continued in film into the sound era, appearing as Colonel Gardner in The Cost (1920), as Mr. Brooks, Moon Glow's Owner, in County Fair (1937), as Banker Pierce in Outlaws of Sonora (1938), and as Dr. Adams in Shadows Over Shanghai (1938).

In his personal life, Mordant was married to Ola Humphrey; the marriage ended in divorce. The New York Dramatist published a photograph of him during his career.
