About
Dora Dolphin is an American actress and dancer born in Minneapolis to Gregory and Joanie Dolphin. She began dancing at two and a half years old and went on to compete at regional and national dance competitions across locations including Florida, California, and Chicago. Dolphin was the first child to receive a nomination for a SAGE Award.
Dolphin's screen career began in voice work, contributing to the 2019 video games The Blackout Club and Gylt. Her on-screen debut came in 2021 when she portrayed Leni Loud in the Nickelodeon television film A Loud House Christmas, a role for which she became widely recognized. The character was subsequently recast with Eva Carlton for the series The Really Loud House.
In 2025, Dolphin made her Broadway debut in Stranger Things: The First Shadow, in which she played the role of Karen Childress.
In 2016, Dolphin's father Gregory was diagnosed with Frontotemporal dementia. He died from the disease in 2024.
