Deborah Geffner, born August 26, 1952, in Pittsburgh, is an American actress, singer, and dancer whose career has spanned Broadway, film, and television. At sixteen she relocated to New York City to study at the Juilliard School, and she subsequently danced with the Stuttgart Ballet and the American Chamber Ballet.

Geffner's Broadway career ran from 1975 to 1976 and included two musicals: Pal Joey and A Chorus Line, in which she played the role of Kristine. While performing in A Chorus Line, she simultaneously filmed Bob Fosse's All That Jazz, portraying the character Victoria Porter. She collaborated with Fosse a second time on his film Star 80. Her television work includes the TV movie Legs, which featured Gwen Verdon and Sheree North, as well as appearances on series such as Mad Men, Scandal, Grey's Anatomy, Criminal Minds, Cold Case, Monk, ER, Tales of the Unexpected, and Passions. In November 2020 she played Gwendolyn Gardner on the soap opera The Young and the Restless.

Her film credits include Living Out Loud with Holly Hunter, Exterminator 2, Infestation, Chasing Destiny with Christopher Lloyd, and the documentary Store, in which she appeared as herself. In 2009 Geffner wrote, directed, and starred in the short film Guitar Lessons, which received awards recognition.

Her directing work includes John Patrick Shanley's Beggars in the House of Plenty, staged at Theatre 68 in Hollywood as part of the 2009 "13 by Shanley" Festival. In 2011, also at Theatre 68, she directed Portrait of a Madonna and performed in Tennessee Williams's Auto-Da-Fé as part of the "Five by Tenn" Festival. The following year she directed the world premiere of Jennifer Aniston Stole My Life at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, a production selected for Best of Fringe.

Geffner is a first cousin of actor Jeff Goldblum through their mothers. She is based in Los Angeles, where she continues to work as an actress and director.
