Colby Minifie

Colby Minifie is an American actress born on January 31, 1992, in New York City. She began dancing at a young age through the National Dance Institute, where she trained for four years, and started acting at eleven. A YoungArts scholar, Minifie later earned her degree from the William E. Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College in 2014.

Minifie's Broadway career spans 2005 to 2017. She made her Broadway debut at thirteen as an understudy for the roles of Boy and Girl in the 2005 New York production of The Pillowman at the Booth Theatre. In 2016, she appeared in the New York production of Long Day's Journey into Night, directed by Jonathan Kent, alongside Jessica Lange, Gabriel Byrne, and Michael Shannon. The following year, she joined the Broadway revival of Six Degrees of Separation at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre, starring opposite Allison Janney and Corey Hawkins. Between her Broadway engagements, Minifie appeared off-Broadway in a 2014 production of Punk Rock at the Lucille Lortel Theatre, where she starred opposite Douglas Smith.

On television, Minifie is widely recognized for her supporting role as Ashley Barrett on the Amazon Prime Video series The Boys, which began in 2019. She also appeared as Robyn in the first season of the Netflix series Jessica Jones in 2015, and portrayed Virginia across the fifth and sixth seasons of the AMC series Fear the Walking Dead from 2019 to 2021.
