Christina Rose

Christina Rose Polkowski is an American actress and producer born in Naples, Italy, to Mary and Allen Polkowski. She was raised in Macomb Township, Michigan, and performed for many years with her family's band, The Odyssey Sound System. She later attended Central Michigan University, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre Performance.

Rose began performing professionally at a young age, making her dance debut as an acrobat in a production of The Nutcracker Ballet at the Fox Theatre in Detroit, Michigan. That early experience was followed by starring roles in a range of theatre productions. Upon graduating from Central Michigan University, she joined the First National Tour of Oklahoma! in 2004. After completing her run with the tour, she relocated to New York City.

Before reaching Broadway, Rose signed a contract with Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, becoming a member of the original cast of Finding Nemo – The Musical. She departed that production to make her Broadway debut in Grease at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre in 2007. While performing in Grease, she also appeared in various commercials.

Beyond the stage, Rose is known for her work in the award-winning movie musical How Do You Write a Joe Schermann Song and for providing the voice of Celes Chere in the video game World of Final Fantasy. She has also worked as a producer in addition to her performing career.
