Charlotte Parry is a British actress born on 16 August 1976 in Birmingham, England. She trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, graduating in 1999. In addition to her acting career, Parry has trained as a midwife and works as a painter. She has also narrated more than 40 audiobooks.

Following her graduation from LAMDA, Parry relocated to New York City and made her Broadway debut in 2000, playing Debbie in the Tony Award-winning revival of The Real Thing, which starred Jennifer Ehle. She returned to Broadway in 2007 to appear in Coram Boy, and in 2011 took on the role of Cecily Cardew in the Tony Award-winning revival of The Importance of Being Earnest, a production starring Brian Bedford. Her Broadway work continued with The Winslow Boy in 2013, in which she played Catherine Winslow in Terence Rattigan's play, and she later appeared in Time and the Conways, with her Broadway credits spanning from 2000 to 2017.

Parry has maintained an extensive off-Broadway career alongside her Broadway work. In 2005, she played Phoebe in Peter Hall's production of As You Like It at BAM, which starred Hall's daughter Rebecca Hall. She was part of Sam Mendes's The Bridge Project at BAM in 2009, performing in both The Winter's Tale and The Cherry Orchard. Her other off-Broadway credits include the role of Nat in the Roundabout Theatre Company's 2007 production of Howard Katz by Patrick Marber, Hilda in The Master Builder at the Irish Repertory Theatre in 2008, and Shazza in Rainbow Kiss at 59E59 Theaters that same year. In 2010, she played Judith in Equivocation at the Manhattan Theatre Club, and in 2011 she appeared as Angela in Simon Stephens's Bluebird at the Atlantic Theater Company. Parry played Helena Charles in Look Back in Anger at the Roundabout Theatre Company in 2012. Outside New York, she played Eliza Doolittle in Pygmalion at the Old Globe Theatre in 2013.
