Charles Mortimer (1885–1964) was a British actor whose career spanned stage and screen across several decades. Born into a theatrical family, he was the son of actor Charles Neil Mortimer, and he went on to marry actress Greta Wood.

Mortimer brought his stage work to New York, appearing on Broadway in 1929 in Bitter Sweet. His screen career began with Watch Beverly in 1932, after which he accumulated a substantial list of film appearances throughout the 1930s and into the following decades. Among his credits from that period are You Made Me Love You (1933), Sometimes Good (1934), The Return of Bulldog Drummond (1934), Evergreen (1934), and The Triumph of Sherlock Holmes (1935). He also appeared in Royal Cavalcade (1935), The Mystery of the Mary Celeste (1935), Things Are Looking Up (1935), The Price of a Song (1935), The Small Man (1936), Birds of a Feather (1936), Living Dangerously (1936), and Someone at the Door (1936).

Mortimer continued working steadily into the late 1930s and 1940s, with roles in Aren't Men Beasts! (1937), Dead Men Are Dangerous (1939), Poison Pen (1939), The Ghost of St. Michael's (1941), Theatre Royal (1943), and The Life and Death of Colonel Blimp (1943). He returned to film in the 1950s, appearing in Dial 999 (1955) before concluding his screen career with The Counterfeit Plan in 1957.
