Charles Goldner was an Austrian-born actor born in Vienna on 7 December 1900. His career spanned stage and screen, with work concentrated primarily in British film during the 1940s and 1950s alongside a Broadway appearance in 1954.

Goldner made his screen debut in the 1940 film Room for Two. Over the following decade he accumulated credits in several notable British productions, including Brighton Rock, No Orchids for Miss Blandish, Bond Street, and The Captain's Paradise.

His Broadway career brought him to New York in 1954, when he appeared in the musical The Girl in Pink Tights. The production marked his sole credited Broadway appearance.

Goldner died on 15 April 1955 in London, England, at the age of 54.
