Charles E. Graham (1865–1948) was an American actor whose career spanned both the Broadway stage and the silent film era.

Graham's theatrical work in New York ran from 1905 to 1913 and encompassed a range of dramatic productions. His stage credits included Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice and Hamlet, as well as George Bernard Shaw's Caesar and Cleopatra. He also appeared in The Bridal Path and Alias Jimmy Valentine, among other Broadway productions.

Alongside his stage career, Graham worked extensively in silent film. His screen appearances began with Arizona in 1913 and continued through the following decade. His film credits include The $5,000,000 Counterfeiting Plot (1914), A Modern Magdalen (1915), The Curious Conduct of Judge Legarde (1915), and The Bondman (1916). He appeared in The Auction Block and The Tides of Fate, both released in 1917, followed by My Own United States in 1918. Graham continued working in film into the 1920s, with credits including The Wall Street Mystery (1920), The Song of the Soul (1920), The Headless Horseman (1922), Dawn of Revenge (1922), Gateway to the West (1924), The Making of O'Malley (1925), and The Untamed Lady (1926).
