Catherine Gardner

Catherine Grace Gardner is an American actress whose work spans stage, television, and film. She began her acting career with a production of Annie in Watertown, Connecticut, and went on to build a varied professional profile across multiple entertainment disciplines.

Gardner's stage career includes touring alongside Cathy Rigby in the Broadway musical Annie Get Your Gun, a production she was associated with in 1993. During the 1990s, she also led Catherine Gardner & Co., a singing and dancing troupe. Her television work includes a prominent recurring role as Rosa Santos on the daytime soap opera All My Children, as well as guest appearances on Law & Order, NYPD Blue, and Third Watch.

Beyond scripted television, Gardner has served as a host for programming on The Learning Channel and Nickelodeon, and has participated in national telethons including the Variety Club Telethon. She has also appeared in commercials for brands such as Lay's potato chips, Lucent Technologies, and AT&T.

Gardner's work has extended internationally. She performed for Tan Keng Yam Tony, President of Singapore, at an event marking the 50th anniversary of MINDS, and continues to appear at events around the world. She has additionally worked as an editor on several books that received forewords from Nobel Peace Laureate Professor Muhammed Yunus, among them Splendours of the Past, The Bangladesh Sundarbans, and Boats: A Treasure of Bangladesh.

On the film side, Gardner produced The Speech, a film starring Brian Gaskill.
