Caren Lyn Tackett

Caren Lyn Tackett (née Manuel), born August 14, 1976, in Boxford, Massachusetts, is an American stage actress and voice performer whose career has spanned Broadway productions and animation work for 4Kids Entertainment.

Tackett's Broadway career extended from 1988 to 2011 and encompassed a range of productions and roles. In Rent, she served as understudy for both Maureen and Mimi on Broadway, also performing the role of Mrs. Cohen, and participated in the production's World Tour. She appeared in Brooklyn from 2004 to 2005 as understudy for the roles of Brooklyn and Faith. In The Times They Are A-Changin' in 2006, she played Cleo, and that same year appeared in High Fidelity as Sarah, with understudy credits for Liz, Charlie, Marie LaSalle, and Jackie. Her final Broadway credit during this period was Hair in 2011, in which she played Sheila.

Beyond the stage, Tackett contributed voice work to several animated series produced by 4Kids Entertainment, working under her birth name Caren Lyn Manuel. For the 4Kids dub of Winx Club, which aired from 2004 to 2007, she voiced the characters Stella, Darcy, Mirta, and Chatta. She also voiced Kanna and Jeanne in Shaman King, Marina in Pokémon Chronicles, and Valencia in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Her voice work extended into toys and video games, including reprising her Winx Club characters for a Konami video game in 2005 and for Mattel's Winx Club Singsational Dolls line, as well as voicing Kanna in the video game Shaman King: Power of Spirit.

In 2012, Tackett took on the roles of co-producer and writer for the production Born Blue.
