Britney Coleman is an American actress and singer born on January 23, 1989, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She pursued formal training at the University of Michigan, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre.

While still a college student, Coleman appeared in A Very Potter Musical, a cult classic internet musical production, in which she portrayed Bellatrix Lestrange. Following her education, she built a career spanning both Broadway and national touring productions.

Coleman's Broadway work extended from 2014 to 2023 and included appearances in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, Tootsie, Sunset Boulevard, and Company. Beyond her Broadway credits, Coleman took on the role of Barbara Maitland in the first national tour of Beetlejuice. In 2024, she led the gender-bent national tour of Company.
