Billy Milton was a British actor who worked across stage, film, and television. Born William Thomas Milton on 8 December 1905 in Paddington, Middlesex, an area now part of London, he was the son of Harry Harman Milton, a commission agent who lived from 1880 to 1942, and Hilda Eugenie Milton, née Jackson, who lived from 1878 to 1935. Milton died on 22 November 1989.

Milton's Broadway career spanned from 1928 to 1934 and included appearances in two productions. He performed in the revue This Year of Grace as well as in Fools Rush In. Beyond his stage work, Milton maintained a career in both film and television throughout his professional life.
