Barbara Blair (1911–1976) was an American actress whose career spanned both stage and screen, with work in the United States and the United Kingdom.
Blair's stage career in New York extended over four decades, from 1931 to 1974. Her Broadway credits included the revue Chamberlain Brown's Scrap Book, the musical The O'Flynn, Baker Street, Dear World, and the play Ulysses in Nighttown, among other productions. She also appeared in the musical comedy Take It Easy in London.
On screen, Blair took on leading and supporting roles in several British films. Her film appearances included Star of the Circus (1938), The Outsider (1939), and Lucky to Me (1939). She continued working in British cinema into the following decade, with credits in Bedelia (1946) and Tall Headlines (1952).
At some point during her time in London, Blair married a financier, thereafter going by the name Barbara Blair Phillips.
