Anthony DeSando, born Anthony Joseph De Santis on December 4, 1965, in Jersey City, New Jersey, is an American actor whose work spans film, television, stage, and video games. He is known for frequently playing jokers and dapper villains in mob-related projects, and his Broadway career extended from 2003 to 2010, encompassing productions including A View From the Bridge and Take Me Out.

On television, DeSando has accumulated credits across a wide range of series, including L.A. Law, NYPD Blue, Crossing Jordan, Without a Trace, CSI: Miami, and Sex and the City. Among his more prominent television roles is Brendan Filone on The Sopranos. He also appeared as sports columnist Tony Amato across all 13 episodes of New York News, the final television series produced by Mary Tyler Moore. In 2016, DeSando made a cameo appearance in "Friends in Need," the seventeenth episode of the sixth season of Blue Bloods, portraying Joey Ruscoli, a cousin of Detective Anthony Abetemarco.

DeSando's film work includes a role in New Jack City as well as appearances in Federal Hill, A Day in Black and White, Cement, Beer League, Party Girl, Kiss Me Guido, and The Whole Shebang. He co-starred in two films directed by Dito Montiel, A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints and Fighting. He additionally provided the voice of Reggie in the video game The Sopranos: Road to Respect.

DeSando is an alumnus of The Shakespeare Lab, the professional actor development program at The Public Theater. He is married to actress Bridgit Ryan and holds a license as a massage therapist.
